Domaine public, “The Musée d’art de Pully present the personal collection of a great contemporary artist” by Pierre Jeanneret
Zao Wou-Ki’s personal collection (1920-2013), which he started in 1948, upon his arrival in Paris, was offered by his widow to a French public institution. It consists of relatively few purchases. Most of the pieces came from artists who were his friends as gifts or exchanges. There are also a number of works by the master himself.
